La Vermutería
MUT, Vitacura, Santiago · 2024
Commercial venue for La Vermutería at MUT, basement level -2. Technical resolution under limited ceiling height and an industrial language that gives character to the brand.
The project designs the commercial premises for La Vermutería at MUT, Vitacura, on basement level -2. The main challenge was resolving the technical complexity imposed by the limited floor-to-ceiling height, especially in the kitchen, ventilation and services.
In terms of image, the venue had to stand on its own in a competitive commercial centre. The strategy was a deliberate industrial language — raw materials, exposed services, restrained palette — that resonates with the culture of vermouth as an artisanal, neighbourhood product.
The kitchen was planned with technical precision to support the venue's operation without compromising the customer experience. Furniture and lighting complete the proposal, reinforcing the brand identity.
Developed in collaboration with architect Erick Marin.
