We don't outsource our renders. The same team that designs your project visualizes it, so every technical decision is translated into the final image with craft.
3D Visualization · Architectural rendering
Every Moreno·Sosa project starts with photorealistic 3D visualization. Renders, animations and 360° walkthroughs made by architects — not just modellers. What we render is what we deliver.
Renders made by architects who also design.
We don't outsource our renders. The same team that designs your project visualizes it, so every technical decision is translated into the final image with craft.
Want to see an alternative material palette, façade or lighting? We solve it in the same design conversation, not as a separate billed exchange.
Our process unites rendering and site work: what you see before construction is what you receive at handover.
IMMERSIVE WALKTHROUGH · TUNQUÉN HOUSES
Walk through the Tunquén houses before they are built. Drag to look around; on mobile, move the device.
Frequently asked questions
It's built into our architecture process. From the anteproject stage we generate renders of the exterior and main spaces so you can see your home before approving full drawings. We don't sell it as a standalone service.
The first images appear at the end of the anteproject, when massing and spaces are defined. We then refine materials and lighting during developed design. During construction we generate sale or launch imagery if the client needs it.
Yes. The 3D model stays at our studio and lets us test material combinations, time of day, landscaping and furniture. We explore several variants during anteproject, then converge on one direction during developed design.
Yes. Our 360° equirectangular tours (like the Tunquén Houses on this page) let you walk through the spaces before they exist. Animation is produced when the client needs it for commercial presentations or build videos.
That's the core of our process. We model real materials (not generic stand-ins) from the start and adjust on site when changes happen. The image is meant to be a prediction, not a promise.
Exceptionally, yes — for fellow architects or developers who have a defined project and need professional visualization. Drop us a WhatsApp if that's your case and we'll discuss.
